Our Leadership
Every company needs a great leader and ours is no exception. The Principle Owner, General Contractor is Anthony "Tony” Panebianco Jr. With over 40 years and $250 million of residential and commercial building experience, Tony has developed a team of professionals that maintain incredibly high standards. Each of us, including Tony, are continuously educating ourselves, brainstorming and finding new ways to deliver bespoke, custom homes for the luxury homeowner.
Our Process
At the beginning of your home-building project, our team meets with you either at our office in Jupiter, FL, on-site at the property where you plan to build, or by video-conference.
This is the time for getting to know you and your vision. We discuss any real estate needs you may have, establish priorities, review the budget, and develop an estimated timetable. We strive to be as accurate as possible when establishing a budget and request bids from subcontractors we trust. This way, your project can begin with the most complete specifications possible.
The next step of the process is assigning your custom home to a PB Built project manager and creating your owner portal on our interactive Buildertrend platform.
During the building phase, our General Contractor visits construction sites daily for quality assurance while your Project Manager keeps your budget and job on target. They guide you through the selections of your interior and exterior finishes as well as coordinate the work of subcontractors. You can expect your Project Manager to stay in near-constant communication with you and can always be easily reached.
When construction is complete, you can rest easy that your home has passed all city and county building inspections and a builder and factory warranty is in place. All equipment and appliances are tested, and together we comb through your new home to ensure the highest quality possible.
